Xuzhou Handler Special Vehicle Co., Ltd, changed from Xuzhou Highranger Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, was founded by XCMG and Australia Highranger Company. With 3 million US dollars register capital; we are a joint venture company which specialized in producing platforms, wreckers and airdrome special vehicle. We have self-governed special vehicle production permission and products proclaim.

We are a new high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu province and special vehicle manufacturer which is approved by our country. With strong R&D capabilities, we have professional skills in machinery, electrical, hydraulic and metal material.We have platform research center, concrete pump research center, auto control center, material research center, technology research center, information standardization center these 6 research(design)centers. Moreover, we also have electrical laboratory, hydraulic laboratory, materials laboratory and chemical detection center.

All products design using computer-aided and 3D design software, key structure using finite element analysis to optimization. With Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China University of Mining and Technology and Jiangsu University, we established long-term cooperative relations, technical exchanges, product development and cooperation in personnel training and other cooperation. We also established cooperation with the world’s leading platform manufacturers. Besides importing goods from Highraner Company, we also cooperated with BIZZOCCHI and CTE companies in Italy. We imported Europe's most advanced telescopic and articulated platforms.

With our own development, cooperative development, technology transfer, we are forming an articulated boom, telescopic boom, mixed boom and Self-propelled platforms these four series of nearly 30 specifications platforms.We are the first company which transfers high technology to production. We are also the first one to use electro-hydraulic proportional control technology in producing platforms. As the first company transfer Europe most advantage telescopic platform, we are also the only company to develop and produce series telescopic platforms. All our new platforms are done reliability continuous cycle type test meanwhile by the national authority designated security agencies detected mandatory item detection, moving performance detection, reliability assessment to ensure that the products of high security and reliability.

During 1996 and 2006, we found a provincial test base: Jiangsu vehicles and construction machinery control technology development (Pilot) base.

In March 2006, we move to the new site. The new site is located in Jingma river north side, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone and covering more than 200 acres. Completed finishinga 6,850 ㎡ office building, we also have more than 20,000 ㎡steel structure workshop, the assembly workshop and paint workshop. We will expand the size, purchase CNC cutting machine, welding boom plane, pin hole boring machine and dedicated processing equipment to ensure product quality.
